Pregnancy prevention is easy if you understand the risks involved with sexual intercourse. Knowing about STD's, what your chances of becoming pregnant are, and practicing safe-sex methods will help.





Many people on here already stated that abstinance is the best policy and I agree.





However; using condoms with contraceptive foam/jelly, placing yourself on birth control, and understanding what STD's you can obtain are very good as well.

But since most teens' hormones are raging, not having sex probably isn't an option. =X Use condoms and spermicide. Easy enough, and it doesn't take long to protect yourself.

wait until you know you are in a committed relationship before you think about having sex. don't let anyone pressure you into it or tell you you're a child just because you're still a virgin.





every time you are intimate with someone use a condom. don't let a guy say "but it feels better if i don't wear one". withdrawal is not a valid form of birth control. Also it is a good way to protect yourself against disease.





it is probably better to wait until you get married to engage in sex, but with marriage ages rising in this country, it is understandably very hard to do that.
