Devos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids MI has a Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention Program and I am wanting to know what
the 2nd C means in P.A.C.C.T.
P - parents, A - acknowledgement, C - common stragies for babies, C - _______strategies for parents and health officials, T - teaching and training.

I do not have a clue, But i would take a guess at 'COMMON'
