Ok i cant open anything anymore with "Data Execution Prevention - Microsoft Windows" popping up all the time. I cant even open up a blank USB drive without it freaking out. I have windows XP media center edition is there any way that I can totally obliterate this thing from my computer forever?

Data execution prevention isn't really the problem. You've likely got some kind of virus or malware that has corrupted a few Windows system files. The best fix would be a good anti-virus and trying running a utitlity call "sfc" with the "scannow" switch.
