Prevention Fitness Dvd's?

I own Prevention fitness dvds: Personal Trainer, Belly, Butt, and Thighs, Drop it in 30, has anyone had good results with these dvd's exercising on a regualar basis?

Yes, I know someone who lost 15 lbs! But what you need to realize is that we complicate weight loss. The reality is that any regular exercise of moderate intensity, 3-5 times a week, while watching your diet, will yield results once you keep at it.
