Flood prevention?
Well for minor floods a trench would be good, or for bigger floods to live on the top of a hill. But Jarrow is right!
Reply:That it leads to false sense of security... If an area floods dont build there simple enough, Thats the best flood protection there is!
Reply:Write your congress men about how concerned you are about global warming which will flood half of the USA either under regular floods or rising seal levels. Oh yeah, do NOT live in Florida. It is doomed.
